Car Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
- “We,” “us,” “our,” or “USARentACars” refer to USARentACars.com.
- “You” or “Renter” refers to the individual making a car rental reservation through our website.
- “Vehicle” refers to the rental car provided by USARentACars.
- “Rental Period” indicates the duration for which the Vehicle is rented, as specified in the reservation.
- “Agreement” pertains to the legally binding contract formed between you and USARentACars upon confirming a reservation.
2. Booking and Reservation
- By making a reservation through our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by USARentACars.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
- Rental rates are determined by factors including rental duration, type of vehicle, and optional extras.
3. Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
- A valid credit card is required for payment and security deposit purposes.
- Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be added to the rental agreement.
- You are responsible for adhering to local traffic laws and regulations.
4. Rental Period and Return
- The Rental Period begins and ends according to the dates and times specified in your reservation.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- The Vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel.
5. Rental Rates and Charges
- Rental rates are based on the Vehicle type, rental duration, and any optional extras selected.
- Additional charges may apply for mileage overages, late returns, cleaning fees, and other violations.
6. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.
- You are responsible for damages, loss, or theft of the Vehicle up to the deductible amount.
- Personal belongings left in the Vehicle are not covered by insurance.
7. Driving Restrictions
- The Vehicle must not be driven outside the Dominican Republic without prior written consent.
- You agree not to use the Vehicle for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-road driving.
8. Maintenance and Repairs
- You must promptly report any mechanical issues or accidents to USARentACars.
- Repairs should only be performed with our authorization.
9. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellations and changes to reservations may be subject to fees.
- No-shows may result in the forfeiture of the reservation amount.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the Vehicle if you violate these terms or engage in unsafe driving.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
